Overview 2019 operating results of the Company

The Company reported net profit of Baht 376.50 million, decrease Baht 28.43 million or 7.00% from the prior year. This was mainly due to Baht 35.80 million loss sharing from associated companies, while 2018 was profit sharing of Baht 2.57 million. Despite the sharing loss, the Company’s normal businesses, i.e. port and warehouse services, operated with increase in net profit of Baht 9.94 million or 2.45% increase which details below.

• Port and related services revenue and profit declined due to the drop in car export approximately 8.4% from the previous year, of which partially had been compensated by the increase in import volume.
• Warehouse services revenue and profit rose as the new customers filled up almost all warehouse service areas.
